Governor Diane Carrow

Diane Carrow is the 41st Governor of San Andreas. She took the oath of office on Sunday 27 September 2026 at the temporary seat of government, Fort Zancudo, before the Chief Justice of the San Andreas Supreme Court.

She was previously Lieutenant Governor of San Andreas, and succeeded to the Office of Governor under the Constitution following the death of Governor Richard Ashcombe.

Priorities

On the evening she took office, Governor Carrow set out what the State will do.

  • Every measure in the statement of 26 September is cancelled with immediate effect. Measures cancelled on 27 September.
  • Every resident receives a one-off Earthquake Support Payment of $10,000. It is paid automatically. Earthquake Support Payment.
  • A full review of the recovery. The Governor has said she will not make promises she cannot keep.
  • A visit to Paleto Bay in the next few days, to meet residents and to listen.

What I can promise is this. In the next few days I will come to Paleto Bay in person, to meet residents, to listen, and to talk with you about what happens next.
