Privacy notice
The State holds records about residents to provide services. This notice explains what this website holds and why.
What the State holds
The State keeps records about residents, such as licences, property and registered businesses, so that it can provide services and uphold the law. When you sign in, this website shows you the records held about you.
Who can see your information
Your government record is shown only to you. When someone checks a licence, the only information shown is the holder's name and their licences. The business register is public.
Staff in the Office of the Governor can see Earthquake Support Payment records and messages sent through the contact form, so that they can deal with them.
