Tessa Moreno

Tessa Moreno was raised in Paleto Bay. She reported on Blaine County for six years for a local newspaper before joining the Office of Emergency Services in 2021 as a public information officer, where she wrote and sent the State's public alerts.

During the earthquake response she worked from the State offices on Paleto Boulevard. Governor Carrow appointed her Press Secretary in October 2026. She has promised that the Office of the Governor will "never again let people hear it from the news first".
