Earthquake Support Payment: paid automatically, no application
Payments of the Earthquake Support Payment started on 28 September 2026. The payment is made automatically into the bank account of each eligible resident. Nobody needs to apply, and nobody should pay anyone to apply for them.
A resident is eligible if their character was created before 19:00 UTC on 25 September 2026, is active and is not deceased, and their account is not banned, locked or being closed. Each person is paid once.
