The Governor has made Governor's Regulation No. 1 of 2026: Emergency Services Standards.

The minimum standards every emergency service in San Andreas works to, what the State may and may not do when it checks them, and how any agency can challenge the State.

It comes into force at 00:00 on Monday 26 October 2026. To be reviewed after six months.
