The Governor has made Executive Order No. 1 of 2026: State Emergency Management and Serious Incident Reviews.

None of them allows discipline of agency staff, arrest, control of day-to-day operations or withholding money owed.

It comes into force at 18:00 on Monday 19 October 2026. To be reviewed with the Emergency Services Standards.
